Hywel Richards BSc MCIOB – Managing Director

Hywel has over 25 years experience of the property market and project management/development in South and West Wales.  Hywel graduated from the University of Glamorgan with a Degree in Construction Management and subsequently gained a Professional Qualification on becoming a Corporate  Member of the Chartered Institute of Building.

Hywel has a track record of delivering high quality residential schemes including projects on Listed Buildings and within Conservation Areas.

With a hands on approach to the New Homes Market, Hywel’s involvement on any new housing scheme starts with sourcing the best available land then working closely with the Design team to ensure each property  blends perfectly into its surroundings.

Ceinwen Richards B.A (Hons) – Director and Company Secretary

Ceinwen graduated from the University of Glamorgan with a Degree in Business.  Ceinwen manages the finance and legal part of the business and provides business back up to the whole company team.

Elizabeth Evans BSc. – Office and Accounts Manager

Liz is a graduate of Cardiff University and manages the day to day running of company accounts and  business administration.
